Arctic Char Fillet + Tartar, Jersey Potato, Stock-Thinned Mayo, Smoked Eel, Capers, Chervil

Spiced + Pickled Pigeon, Sweet Potato, Spring Greens, Hazelnuts + Seeds

4th Course

Crème Fraîche Panna Cotta, Blackcurrants + Liquorice
