Are you looking to train as a chef? Perhaps a KP looking to move forward or just someone who has always dreamed of becoming a chef?

We are looking to train someone in developing kitchen skills and to become part of our busy team. Alongside cooking this will include knife skills, running service, organisation, health and safety, stock control and pricing. It’s a real opportunity for the right person to learn these key skills.

Our standards are high and we’re an ambitious bunch looking for the right professional person to join our team. Being a small kitchen, the role is varied and interesting covering daily brunch/lunch, dinner service plus outside catering and events. Rosters are published well in advance.

An enthusiasm for modern Danish/Scandinavian food is important to us. From baking rye bread to curing salmon and herring, pickling and fermenting, everything we serve is made in-house.

Most importantly, we are looking for a candidate with an unshakeable, down to earth, positive, mature and cheerful approach to join us in helping the business evolve. Must have excellent English language communication skills, be reliable and punctual.

Salary – Competitive, dependent on experience

Average 45 hours per week including evenings and weeken
